Website Return Guarantee
Products purchased through the Seleventh website or by telephone are covered by our 30-Day Return Guarantee.
Certain special-order items, including products manufactured to order or imported specifically for an individual customer, may not qualify for this policy. If this applies, you will be notified before your order is shipped.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and in “as new” condition.
- You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
- Any promotional or complimentary items received with the order must also be returned or paid for in full.
- Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions.
Returned goods must be shipped within 10 days of receiving the RMA.
Refunds
Refunds or store credits will be processed promptly after the returned items have been received and inspected.
Items that are not returned in “as new” condition may be subject to a restocking or cancellation fee.
If you notify us of your intention to return the goods within 7 days of delivery, only the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
If you notify us after 7 days, any actual delivery and assembly charges incurred by us may be deducted from your refund.
Packaging Requirements
Customers are strongly advised to retain the original packaging for at least 30 days after delivery.
Seleventh reserves the right to reject returns that are not received in the original packaging.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery for any reason other than transit damage, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges incurred.
If you refuse delivery because the product arrived damaged, no return shipping charges will apply.
Consumer Cancellation Rights
Consumers may have statutory rights to cancel orders and receive a full refund, except for:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Perishable goods
- Items purchased in-store
