General Safety Rules

Using fitness equipment involves an inherent risk. To minimize the risk of injury, please observe the following guidelines:

  • Inspect all equipment before each workout.
  • Ensure that all nuts, bolts, screws, and pop pins are properly installed and fully tightened.
  • Inspect cables for signs of wear and replace damaged components immediately.
  • Never use equipment if any part is damaged or missing.
  • Keep clear of cables and moving parts during operation.
  • Ensure all snap links are fully closed when performing cable, pulley, or strap exercises.
  • Perform all exercises using smooth and controlled movements.
  • Do not allow children or minors to play on or around the equipment.
  • Whenever possible, exercise with a training partner.
  • Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
  • Do not start any exercise program without proper instruction.

Safe use of fitness equipment requires strict adherence to the manufacturer’s instructions,
warnings, and maintenance recommendations. Routine inspection and maintenance are essential
to ensure optimal safety and performance.

Even when high-quality materials are used, normal wear is inevitable.
A warranty does not replace the owner’s responsibility to inspect the equipment regularly.
Potentially dangerous conditions may arise even during the warranty period.
