Accommodating users of all skill and fitness levels, the ProForm 525 CSE+ comes complete with a 41 cm stride with adjustable ergo path. A heavy 10kg inertia enhanced flywheel and SMR™ silent magnetic resistance offer a smooth ellipse as you move through the 20 digital resistance levels. Choose from 18 pre-set workouts, or if that isn’t enough, make use of the 525’s iFit® compatibility and experience individualised virtual workouts led by the world’s best trainers in the comfort of your own home (30 Day iFIT Family Subscription Included). A 6” high contrast multi-colour display helpfully displays all your important workout data, including your heart rate, measured by the EKG Grip Pulse feature. You can get comfortable quickly on the 525 thanks to oversized cushion pedals and soft touch upper body grips, while self-levelling feet eliminate wobble. Other integrated features include iPod compatible audio with 2 – 2” speakers, integrated tablet holder (tablet shown in images not included) and water bottle holder.

Damage resulting from: a) Wilful or malicious acts. b) Transportation. c) Improper installation, assembly, or connection that is not in accordance with ICON specifications or recommendations. d) Abuse, misuse, failure to follow instructions, or improper or abnormal usage. e) Non-compliance with the instructions in your user’s manual (such as the use of cleaning and maintenance products other than those recommended, failure to turn off the product after use, etc.). f) Non-home use (including but not limited to use in commercial, professional, rental, or institutional settings). g) Repairs not provided by an ICON-authorized service provider or use of parts not provided or authorized by ICON. h) Accidents, impacts, power fluctuations, lightning, storms, water, fi re, animals, or any other causes beyond the control of ICON. i) Improper location including, but not limited to, humid, dusty, or outdoor environments (examples include garages, cellars, porches, and patios).
